Analyse processes,
improve and accelerate with AI.

Digital Events is a consultancy practice for organisations that want to sharpen their work. Process analysis, redesign and AI implementation where it actually pays off — no demos, just work that lasts.

Approach

First the problem.
Then the solution.

Many engagements start with a tool, AI platform or software package — before it's clear what problem they should actually solve. The result is usually disappointment and failed implementations. These four steps put the problem in focus first; the tooling comes after.

01 · Investigate

What could be sharper?

Interviews, observation and data analysis to surface where work actually stalls — independent of what a tool might solve.

02 · Focus

Which problem really needs solving?

Symptoms aren't causes. This is where we frame the question precisely — before a tool, AI or platform enters the picture.

03 · Solve

What are the solution directions?

Only now do we choose the approach: process redesign, automated processing, or an AI prototype on your own data — whichever demonstrably solves the problem faster, smarter or cheaper.

04 · Adoption

Part of the daily work.

A solution that ends up in a drawer isn't a solution. Process, ownership and documentation are anchored so the team can carry on independently.

About Us

A compact practice for process improvement and AI.

Digital Events analyses processes, redesigns them, and builds AI solutions where there's room for them. Engagements address concrete questions — unlocking knowledge, automated processing, operational bottlenecks — and deliver outcomes the team can carry forward on its own.

Digital Events was founded and is led by Mark van de Ven — fifteen years between business and IT, now applied to process improvement and AI.

The deliverable — analysis, design, code — belongs to the client and remains usable without further guidance.
